President Biden’s attempt to rein in ghost guns failed. Ghost guns are guns that are hard to be tracked by the police. These guns are made from kits and things bought online where you do not have to get a background check before purchasing it. Along with the fact that it is hard to detect by law enforcement, many minors use this method to buy kits to have guns. The ruling against this has created a safe space for criminals as well as minors to continue purchasing guns with out being traced. Are our rights to bear arms more important than the safety we could have with a law such as the one President Biden was trying to pass?
