  1. How could this affect law abiding gun owners and law abiding federal firearms license holders? Over the course of America’s rise to becoming a dominant power across the globe its citizens have been subjugated slowly by restricting or increasing the difficulty of owning a firearm meanwhile individuals who illegally purchase firearms through “underground methods” have no limitation to what they may purchase depending on the availability. The reasoning behind the limitations put on law abiding citizens is an effort by the US government to prevent the wrong type of people from possessing firearms. Anyone without a criminal record can pretty much very easily obtain a firearm because of some mundain questionare that is supposed to prevent the wrong people from obtaining a firearm legally that could be worked around if a shady individual has not committed a crime (or at least has been caught) or has a mental disability. A criminal could also just find more creative ways to obtain a firearm and that is what is wrong with these laws, criminals find a way to work around them and law abiding citizens get screwed over in the end due to a few bad guys.
